PERFECT if you're attending at event at the connected convention center! Wonderful rooms with vast vanity space, great beds, super comfy sheets & pillows, fridge and drawers for unpacking. Great walk in shower too. Great TV with USB and plugs directly below. Please note that the bathroom door is a sliding barn door for those who don't like that.

This has been the perfect place for celebrating our 47th Anniversary. Great views from corner balcony. No need to get in and out of the car and pay parking fees. Enjoy short walks to everything, Ross landing, the overboard cafe, aquarium and IMAX next door. Terrific restaurants next door; Puckett's, Hennens, Agave, Ben & Jerry's, coldstone, and more. This hotel has awesome AC and comfy, supportive beds.

By far some of the best staff you'll meet, from valet and front desk to housekeeping and maintenance. As a group, they make everyone who walks by a top priority, and also made my nephew's day by giving him his own special key card to be in charge 😜 Also, as a smoker who struggles to kick this bad habit, I'm very respectful with space and courtesy to anyone nearby- but always feel a bit like a burden. They are so kind, and welcoming- helping guide me to a safe area to relax outdoors. I would only recommend a bit of a reduction on parking prices for guests. I know a lot of downtown hotels are implementing it- but a flat rate for members would be ideal, or inclusion in the booking rate, rather than $25 per night. Comfortable beds, variety of pillows from fluffy to firm, plenty of secure outdoor seating, wonderful lobby and bar area that I look forward to checking out tomorrow evening. Clean rooms- I had a small spot on my blanket, but otherwise the room and linens were immaculate. The TV was unplugged from the box so that was a little bit of a struggle to fix. I can't speak for weekends nights, but for Sunday night, it's a fairly quiet area. Looking forward to checking out the gym and
